What items come in a WFH Care Package? 

While the items in a WFH Care Package may vary, a package typically includes:

    • Bag of premium coffee 
    • Candy bar
    • Small snack
    • Notebook and pen
    • $10 gift card to a food delivery provider
    • Logic game book (i.e. sudoku, crossword puzzle, etc.)
    • Custom note 

How do I order multiple WFH Care Packages for my employees?

To make sure the packages arrive to the correct recipients, please choose one of the following options:

    1. Place an individual order for each WFH Care Package and input each employee's address as the shipping address. Ex. I want to order 10 WFH Care Packages. I place 10 individual orders, each with a different shipping address corresponding to an employee.
    2. Place one order and input the total quantity of WFH Care Packages you would like to purchase. Next, download the WFH Care Package Address Template, input your addresses, and contact us at info@wfhcarepackage.com with your attached addresses. We will coordinate next steps directly with you. Ex. I want to order 10 WFH Care Packages. I place one order with a quantity of 10 and provide 10 accompanying shipping addresses.

What if I don't have household addresses for my team?

Place one order and input the total quantity of WFH Care Packages you would like to purchase. E-mail us at info@wfhcarepackage.com with the WFH Care Package Address Template completed with e-mails for each of your team members. We will reach out to each team member with a Google form to submit his or her address. Once received, we will send the WFH Care Packages to the addresses provided.

How quickly will the WFH Care Package arrive? 

Processing time will vary based on demand. All care packages will be sent via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 1-3 days of shipping.

Can I expense the WFH Care Package to my company?

Great idea! We love companies that believe in caring for their employees. Please consult leadership at your company about expensing your WFH Care Packages. If there are any operational questions or needs you have, please reach out using the Contact us form on our website. We aim to make the experiencing of ordering WFH Care Packages as turnkey as possible.

Can I customize the contents of a WFH Care Package?

Yes! We are able to customize the contents of our WFH Care Packages. Please contact us and we will work together to make sure you send the perfect WFH Care Package to your employees!

 

How are the addresses I provide being used?

All household addresses or e-mail addresses WFH Care Packages receives will solely be used for the purpose of sending a WFH Care Package. We will not sell any data or utilize data beyond shipping a WFH Care Package to the intended employee.

How do I provide the note I want included in my WFH Care Package?

When on the "Your Cart" page, use the "Add a note to your order" box to personalize a message to your employees or co-workers.

Are any of the proceeds being donated?

Yes, a portion of each sale will go towards financially supporting San Francisco non-profits, such as food banks and elderly care, aimed to alleviate the impacts of COVID-19 in our community.

Do you have any affiliations to the brands shown in the images on your website?

No, we do not have any affiliations to the brands shown in the images on our website. As we form partnerships with brands, we will publicize the partnership.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship to locations within the U.S.
